  • Discover who you truly are and how to tap into your true potential.
  • Gain insight to the mind and heart from a ‘process’ and ‘emotional perspective’ to understand what is going inside of you and others.
  • See problems for what they actually are; which will help you to decide on the right course of action for any given situation.
  • Lead and live your life from your true essence ~ being your peace within.

Alice is one of rare people you meet during a career that just always surprises you, in a good way. At her core she is a true believer that Human Capital (people) is the real advantage of any organization. Her passion for developing people, providing coaching and eliciting insights from a wide range of people is not only authentic, but also highly regarded.

The real magic is that she is able to not only have a people first view of the world, but also delivers consistent and high quality business outcomes as well. It is a unique balance, and Alice has mastered it. For anybody looking for an authentic leader with passion and vision, then you are looking for Alice.”

The pain inside is deafening.

The hurt is endless.

The peace is no longer known or felt.

Reactive has become the norm.

a person trapped inside his own thoughts

Dear friend,

Love is all I have to offer you, but with that comes a realisation.

A harsh realisation to be forced to see life as it is versus how we see it in reflection to the stories of our past (and what we have been telling ourselves and living all of our life).

What has happened to us right up to this point does not define who we are now.

It is no longer real or relevant.

The ego has been incorrectly patterned and is not bias where it gets its negative boost or feed.

As a result, it becomes self-destructive (feeding off the negative energy) and avoids any form of light (positive energy) for its continued existence.

Not addressing the situation for what it is (and being reactive to what we 'think' it is) will influence the finding of other negative situations.

What you may fear the most (i.e. being alone) is what you risk attracting if you don't take a strong, heartfelt action against yourself immediately.

As hard as this is to hear, I say it with love.

I am referring to taking action against the personality of you (the reflection of your life conditioning and experiences — good and bad) and not the real you that you truly are, that is waiting patiently in your heart to be.

For who you are, in your heart, is also your own healing ability and agent.

But you need to be able to let go of the old self to start being who you truly are.

There is no other way.

All I can offer you is my love (and my time) but you must be willing to step out of the darkness and into the light.

This will lead you to what is rightfully yours; to experience in this life-time.

This will bring peace.

This will cease the pain.
